I have IEC 61082, but it only contains general info as well regarding reference 
designators.  It refers to IEC 61346-1 for specific reference designators, that 
has been superseded by IEC 81346-2:2009.    Back to the original question, does 
it have a big list of all different types of components including 
non-electrical with corresponding reference designators?  I am also looking for 
reference designators for pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical components.
