It's very difficult to answer. The standard is still being modified by
IEC TC108, so the actual implementation state varies a lot between
countries, and in some cases is changing quite quickly (in the context
of such changes normally being not very fast). Also, the tolerance of
either deviations from it or the continued use of 60065 or 60950-1
(latest editions) varies.
