Unlike 61010-1 I don't believe 60950-1 has a specific section for your review. Instead you may wish to do a search for the phrase "routine test". I have 19 instances throughout the IEC document.  

Otherwise you may need to look for "electric strength test" of which there are 94 cases and then sort through to separate type tests vs routine tests. The same holds true for other tests such as leakage current, ground continuity and ground bonding.
