Perhaps the milk should be analyzed for bacteria content, before test and after.
And check for freezer burn for the stuff in the freezer.
And a hardness test to see if the stuff in the cold drawer stays colder at it
should or freezes.

The important point for success is to propose a solution, not just describe the
problem. A solution should preferably include examples.

In many cases, if just a few words are not enough, the mode of operation can be
indicated in the test report by reference to a paragraph in the product's
instruction book, which is appended to the test report. It's even possible,
with a bit of ingenuity involving a scanner if the manufacturer won't
co-operate, to add line numbers to the appended document to make
cross-references unambiguous.

Thank you.
