When we ran these tests I used a separate antenna mast to hold the antenna
above the table. Even Styrofoam will affect the measurement. (1- 6GHz
you'll need a Styrofoam table)

I used the antenna factor spot frequencies and modified a proprietary
Labview program for the OATS but if you have a tracking generator on your
OATS receiver you may be able to use it in a similar manner.

Above 1GHz even Styrofoam will affect your measurements, used the CISPR 16
Biconical 3183 (needed it for the VSWR measurement anyway) and the 3115 was
used as the receive antenna. As there is no need to raise an antenna mast a
modified Cable Calibration routine in Labview again did the job.
