Just a word of caution on the transition period for RED. RED is not
mandatory until 2017 as long as the product is currently within scope of
R&TTE and remains in scope of RED, e.g. radio equipment.

For TTE that is currently within scope of R&TTE and no longer within scope
of RED, there is no transition period in this case. See Section 4 of the
European Commission document referenced in one of the earlier post.
