Sooner or later, you will need 62368-1.  And, you
should get 62368-2, which explains the rationale
for each requirement.  

And, you can get the ECMA document that compares
62368-1 1st edition to 60950-1, ECMA TR287
(free!).

While this applies to the 1st edition of 62368-1,
it will still provide some useful information as
to changes from 60950-1.  

As far as I know, no more changes to 60950-1.
