Did you look at the layout guideline app note, an1085?

 As LVDS drivers, designed for mobile phones, they should be 'quiet'', by 
design, but, without some idea of your application, and where you're having 
problems, it's difficult for anyone to help out. One suggestion, beyond AE 
assistance, is to find a mobile phone that uses this part, check schematic of 
the phone for any added resistors or rf filter arrays, maybe do a visual 
examination of such a phone....
