Aircraft equipment is qualified in the US to RTCA/DO-160, which has a European identical counterpart designated EUROCAE/ED-14G.
The standard is titled Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Aircraft, and covers the entire gamut of environmental conditions, electrical power quality, EMI, lightning (direct and indirect), ESD, and likely other things that don¹t come to mind at the moment. I assume such aircraft intended equipment shall be CE marked anyway.
