In-country testing for EMC isn’t required for South Korea or Taiwan. An accredited lab in the US can be accredited in those countries by MRA between the FCC and the regulators in those countries. Or, the lab can be accredited locally. Only the PRC requires in-country testing for EMC.
At least, that was the situation when I retired from Intel a year and a half ago. I haven’t heard of any changes since then. Ghery S.
