I used to have a very useful list of commonly used EMI test antennas in a Word or pdf format document. It was not an official standard, and it was not SAE AIR 1509, which I do have. This pdf was divided into sections for different antennas, starting with low frequencies and working up, if memory serves. It had glossy pix of typical offerings for each type of antenna, as well as typical antenna factors and gains and was actually fairly comprehensive as to various manufacturers and models. Lost this some time ago, and a search through my files and back-ups and on the internet was fruitless.
