I used to have a very useful list of commonly used EMI test antennas in a
Word or pdf format document.  It was not an official standard, and it was
not SAE AIR 1509, which I do have. This pdf  was divided into sections for
different antennas, starting with low frequencies and working up, if memory
serves. It had glossy pix of typical offerings for each type of antenna, as
well as typical antenna factors and gains and was actually fairly
comprehensive as to various manufacturers and models.  Lost this some time
ago, and a search through my files and back-ups and on the internet was
fruitless.
