Dear Colleagues. Can anyone point me to the relevant section in the EU directives regarding the shipping of spares into the EU? We are shipping a spare PSU PCB assembly into Turkey and the Turkish customs want a Declaration of Conformity document. I know Turkey is not in the EU but they are demanding this documentation. I thought that spare parts/assemblies did not require a Declaration of Conformity document if the part was an identical replacement and is being fitted into an already CE marked product.
