Hi Amund, you may find the list of Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories for the USA at https://www.osha.gov/nationally-recognized-testing-laboratory-program. For Canada, the list of accredited Certification Bodies can be found at https://www.scc.ca/en/accreditation/product-process-and-service-certification/directory-of-accredited-clients. You have to check whether your product or the applicable safety standard is in the scope of the test house.
