Christopher EN 301 893 requires LBT to meet the mandatory Adaptivity clause
I’m assuming that you comply with DFS Slave only, as DFS master requires ability to detect, so is a form of LBT. I think the only bit of 5 GHz spectrum available to you is 5725-5875 MHz at 25 mW under EN 300 440.
