It is with sadness that I relay the news of the passing of Alfred Henry Mills on 9 January 2021. Al was a Senior Member of the IEEE and supporter of the San Diego Chapter. Al started his career as a Navy Engineering Officer and then joined GD Convair and GD Electronics (specializing in EMC management). After a second retirement, Al served for several years as General Manager of TUV / San Diego.
