I agree with your list, and it is what I have been using. I have a related question and that is why aren’t the 301 489 standards published in the list of harmonised standards in the Official Journal for Directive 2014/53/EU? 300 328 is in the list. 300 440 is there, but incomplete for the purposes of demonstrating conformity for this category of equipment. And since 301 489-17 is not in the OJ, would the previous version 2.1.1 still be acceptable as well as the version you cite, 3.2.4? The list of standards you provide seems to be the prevailing ones that manufactures and test labs are using. Odd that 489-1 and 489-17 are not in the OJ. This has bothered me for a while. I never know when Turkish customs will look at my DoC and reject the product for this reason, they are difficult! Am I missing something? I have looked at this new radio’s FCC Grant and it doesn’t say what the end-user must do-and same with the radio manufacturer, who cannot answer. I even looked into the ERC Recommendation 70-03 and also the ETSI search tool and could not find a definitive answer. The radio is a 2.4 GHz module with less than 10mW of transmit power.
