All,

I have been told by a 3rd party that in addition to their NRTL report for
61010-1, my client needs a Z1 Certificate for Europe because a "Z1 cert is now
needed if Europe is to be added [to the reports], as OSHA no longer allows one
certificate for UL/CSA and EN/IEC.

This is the first I have heard of this and as recently as two weeks ago I
received, from a different 3rd party, a 61010 report that had all UL, CSA, IEC,
and EN standards on it.

Can someone explain to me if this is a recent OSHA change for NRTL reports, and
if so when was it implemented?

Thanks,

Steve Brody
