Thanks Charlie. We used Technology International in the late 1990s for our CB. They also stored all our TCFs too, since those had to be held by someone in the EU.

The 2nd EMC Directive, 2004/108/EC, replaced the term Competent Bodies with Notified Bodies, and their use became optional. Due to complications in making Harmonised Standards provide a “legal” presumption of conformity, following the James Elliott court case, we are left with the situation where there a number of HS that are quite old.
