The (NASA) Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA has a nice EMI test facility. It is for air vehicle type work, so MIL-STD-461 and RTCA/DO-160. If your copier is being qualified to CISPR and FCC type limits, they couldn’t do that, to my knowledge.
