It’s worth reaching out to them to enquire. They might be able to test such a
product. Failing that, try “element” formally NTS (National Technical
Systems). They have test laboratories in Maryland and the Washington DC area.
Here’s one location:

Washington, Columbia, Mendenhall | Element

The (NASA) Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA has a nice EMI test facility.
It is for air vehicle type work, so MIL-STD-461 and RTCA/DO-160. If your
copier is being qualified to CISPR and FCC type limits, they couldn’t do that,
to my knowledge.

Subject: [PSES] Local EMC Test Labs in Virginia

Hello experts,
I’m looking for an EMC test lab local to Newport News, Virginia (south-east
Virginia).
I already plan to reach out to Washington Labs in Frederick, MD, but hoping
there might be something closer to me, as I want minimal shipping for a
midsized copier.
We’re looking to just get an informal test report for radiated and conducted
emissions.
Any help would be appreciated.
