Hi all,
I heed help to understand some behavior of my machine.
I can home machine without any problem.
I can use MDI with code g01 g91 X0.02 f1.0 and repeat it numerous time
and no problem too,
probably because motion only 0.02.
when I use MDI with g01 g91 X0.9 f1.0 machine moves about between 0.2
to 0.3 and gives error massage:
“Joint 0 following error”
I can pres Enter (to remove error message), press F2 (to reset machine)
and Enter again to restart motion.
So, my problem is in that machine moves only with in short distance
0.2-0.35” but when I set movements to 0.9” I have error.
Is this related to tune-up with INI file?
Can it be result of overloading AC servomotor?
