ah ha.  i don't have one of those.  i must not have installed
everything.

oh.  come to think of it, i think i didn't install packages other
than the kernel stuff, since i knew i was going to be building
from cvs, and didn't want install a bunch of binaries that i'm
never going to use.  guess that was a mistake.

now that i've seen the light, which package(s) should i install?  i
don't find that file anywhere under cvs...
