So, you say that is connected to EMC... does it take quadrature input? Because it should.. that is the most rotary encoders. Many mouse sensors can be programmed to use quadrature outputs. that would solve much...
Also.. the enable/disable of jogging is directly in AXIS panel? (or something like that..
