The keyword here is the .iso on the end. That file is the complete image of the cd, its filesystem and all, not just another file. It has to be burned to the cd as an image, not as a file. You didn't say what burner software you were running, so the next step is for you to see if it has this 'iso' or 'image' option you can turn on somehow, and failing that, tell this list what software is doing the cd writing for you so that someone who might be using it can help you.
