If you can test the encoder counter with halmeter and it works with your 
wheel then it's a fairly simple thing to hook up the relevant pins to 
EMC. Jogging specifically is hooked up to the motioncontroller in EMC, 
but some other things you might want to do from a hardware front panel 
require halui.
