As Brian mentioned, table to the left = tool to the right. The keys match the motion from G-code, so a cursor-right keypress is the same as G-code to move in the +X direction, etc. If they don't match on your system, then I'd say someone has been playing with your keyboard mapping in X :) If keys and G-code do match but the motion is in the wrong direction, then you need to negate the INPUT_SCALE for each reversed axis in the ini file.
