After a hard drive crash I updated my machine to Ver 2.2.2 I have been having problems with this same problem,IE folowing errors. After EMC has started I find the following: jog works OK at 1500 DPM g1a10f1 fails with following error g0a10 fails the same g1a10x1f200 works OK g0a10x1 works OK After using any linear movement the A axis works OK except it limits speed to whatever the last linear feed rate was with a maximum of 72 which is the limit on the linear axis.
Machine specific: Default Velocity 1.2 Def Angular Vel 300 Def Acceleration 10 Max Accel 40 4th Axis MAx Vel 125 Max Accel 360 Ferror 15 Min ferror 3 Input Scale 1333 Base Period 12000 Servo Period 240000 Traj Period 2400000 Athlon XP at 1.2GHz Any suggestions on the errors?
