Gene, This probably isn't exactly the one you're looking for, but it's considerably cheaper than $90. You do have to install a 5k pot. They work very similar to the mini-lathe motor controllers in that you have to ramp up the speed. I think they're based on the controls for treadmills and are rated for 8 amp continuos output at 130 VDC. I've got two of these fellas I'll be using on my CNC saw beveler.
