Hi, My computer keeps crashing, as in hard lockup. Everything freezes and it never comes back until I reboot.
I don't even have to be doing anything. The same system will run Ubuntu 7.10 no problem, but it sure does not like the EMC BDI install. When I run the latency test I see what looks a lot like the symptoms of the System Management Interrupt. Where or is there a log that would show or indicate what is happening at the time of the crash?
