Robert,

Are you using the SMP packages that were recently posted to 'experimental'?
If so, it sounds like you missed installing one of the packages.
Rtai_math.ko is in the package
'rtai-modules-2.6.24-16-rtaismp_3.6.1-linuxcnc.4_i386.deb'.

Also note, 'experimental' means just that. There are known problems with
that build, including issues with networking and freeze-up / kernel panic
after shutdown, or upon restarting.

Regards,
Eric

i have just got my SMP kernel working and RT built running all the Realtime
tests seem to run nicly, no errors and no kernel panics, system crashes, etc

i have just updated my CVS of EMC and reran the configure and make files

$ ./configure --enable-run-in-place
$ make
$ sudo make setuid

when i try to run the latency-test program i get the following

$ latency-test
insmod: can't read
'/usr/realtime-2.6.24rtai-3.6.1-smp/modules/rtai_math.ko': No such file or
directory
