I don't have a pic of the minimill pendant, which I just built a few 
weeks ago.  I like it better than the earlier one, as it uses a smaller 
jog encoder and is just smaller overall.  But here's a pic of my 
Bridgeport unit  http://pico-systems.com/pendant.html
That is a 3" MPG encoder there, so that gives the scale of the whole 
thing.  The HEDSS encoder is a 2" unit, so the whole thing is scaled 
down to about 66%.
