The required information now is not in the setup files but in the systems
behaviour: does is oscillate (tuning issue), does it hold position or take
off wildly (feedback reversed)?. Do the encoders count properly?
Depending in your mechanics you may have to make min_ferror much larger
initially to be able to see whats happening.
