You need to change the sign of both the input and the output scales.

You can do this by putting a minus sign in front of the numbers :)
For example, if the INPUT_SCALE is 10000, make it -10000.  Make sure to 
change both INPUT_SCALE and OUTPUT_SCALE, or you'll get following errors 
all the time.
