This occurs about 10% of the time on the first hole it drills, if I can get past that, the other 3 holes and all the rest of the clearance moves in this code run fine. Could it be related to the backlash of 3 thou being done as a G0 move, & not enough time for things to settle at the top of the R part of the move maybe? Reducing the feed override seems to be the only reliable way to stop it. In the meantime I'll reduce the .25 MAXVEL to .20 in the ini file for S&G.
Later, that seems to fix it, I have restarted several runs now with motor power off without any repeats.
