Scroll down to the bottom.  The cheapest I can buy a new copy of Win XP 
is $89 right now.  You can buy a guaranteed PC from these guys with 
Windows XP for $119.

Go figure....

Microcenter is a good outfit.  I have been buying gear from them for 10+ 
years.
