The wiki is a collaborative effort. The front page links to the page BasicSteps which tells you how to enable editing pages (we were forced to make this change in order to prevent spam/defacement of the wiki). Visiting the wiki this morning I see that someone has already made the addition. Whoever did so, thanks.
