I got the wild hare this afternoon that the pyvpc <dial> widget could be used to as a jog wheel to do precision movements of an axis.
I was able to build a panel this afternoon that uses the widget, it works on screen, but how do I connect it (or other analog controls) to the HAL? Has anyone done this? Does anyone have any example hal files of how to set this up? Is this even a possibility, or is it just for modifying an increment value?
