If you have not customized your emc.nml (and almost no users have a
reason to do this), then it is better to remove the line
NMLFILE = emc.nml
from your inifile and remove the file emc.nml from the inifile
directory.
In the 'master' version of emc2 this causes it to use a common copy of
emc.nml, which avoids the issue of required changes to emc.nml entirely.
