I snipped the rest of lfeng1688's message, since it consisted of an
entire digest quoted for no good reason...

The first few lines of every digest, as shown above, contain everything
that a list member needs to control their subscription, including the
decision between delivery as individual mails or as a digest.  The
relevant links are also included at the end of every individual email.

So, Mr. lfeng1688, please set your subscription options yourself, or
unsubscribe from the list.
