There are acceleration values for all joints and an overall acceleration 
for the trajectory generator One  is probably set lower. than the 
other.. One in the [traj] Section and the others in the [Axis_?].

Emc uses two values for following error (FERROR and MIN_FERROR) the min 
error is for low speed movement before it will trip while ferror is at 
max.. This lets rapids have more error before tripping then the lower 
speeds. Set them both to 1" for tuning...
