I am confused and I would like to know, where can I find more detailed
information on this matter.
I am concerned, how do I configure EMC to work with Mesa card for
servo control on 2 axis and use parallel port to output step/dir
signals time for remaining 3 axis  at the same.

Has anyone ever attempted (and succeeded) with this approach?
