So did I until I stuffed a tool into a job, it doesn't seem to apply offsets properly either :( The only information I can find says: Run From Selected Line - Select the line you want to start from first. Use with caution as this will move the tool to the expected position before the line first then it will execute the rest of the code. Nothing about what limitations it has or hasn't.
