I think you need to restart EMC2.

You could make a little gcode file and put an O sub call in there and a 
while loop and have it move back and forth on it's own.

Each axis can have different tuning parameters.  I believe the axis will 
show tuning parameters if they are "declared" in the .ini file.

I don't believe that FF2 is actually working..  it is in the docs - I 
think the HTML docs as I recall.
