Hello, I need some serious help getting either my math incorrect or my configuration. I am using the step-configuration wizard to setup my Xylotex 3-axis cnc platform. I have a 420oz.
I am having a problem setting up my 3 axis. The configuration that I am using is: Steps per revolution = 200 Driver microstepping = 2 Pulley ratio = 1:1 Lead screw pitch = 10 (using a 1/2-10tpi) When I run the test to travel the length of 5inches, the axis only travel about 1 inch and not the full 5 inches. I know I am doing something stupid here. Need help with configuration here.
