Congrats you are the firt and only person that I know that has tried to use Grafcet. Did you manage tp get any program made? do you know specifically what makes Grafcet behave badly. I have had a small program run using Grafcet just for a sample: http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/emcinfo.pl?ClassicLadderExamples#Sequential_samples you can have a Grafcet program with out a ladder program as far as I can tell, its just limiting what you can do (just state machine) if you can be specific about the problems then maybe we can fix it .
