My Bridgeport Series II Interact 2 CNC mill has a Z axis in the quill.

http://igor.chudov.com/projects/Bridgeport-Series-II-Interact-2-CNC-Mill/

It has Z travel of only about 4.8 inches. Which is actually adequate
for most of what I do.

But, the other nice thing that it has is air assisted knee. So the
knee is very easy to move if supported by air. And I started
wondering, what if I put a servo drive on the knee? Then I would have,
perhaps, 20 total inches of vertical travel and I could do big stuff,
bore or drill big holes, etc. Life would be much more fun. It would
not need to be fast.

So, my question is, does EMC2 support "two Z axes" and if so, what
sorts of EMC2 facilities would I need for this. Different kinematics?
etc

thanks guys. It is a very fun ride so far.
