It is possible, as apparently these are digital servo drives.  If you 
have manuals, maybe
you can find out what the servo update rate is.  But, I'm leaning more 
toward thinking

I don't know these amps, but many of them use a serial port and a PC 
program that
downloads parameters that are then stored in non-volatile storage in the 
servo amp.
The program can also run autotune procedures and graph the results, as 
well as
let you view and alter the settings.  I've done this on Yaskawa amps.

I suppose with canbus or some other control protocol, the NC control 
could change the
parameters on the fly, but I suspect anything with +/- 10 V velocity 
commands, they are
not doing that.
