Oops, you are right - that last trace looks excellent.  I do not think
you can improve it.  Our planner does not limit jerk (derivative of
acceleration) and you are seeing your machine's mechanical response to
being told to transition from one acceleration to another
instantaneously.

The only thing in Screenshot4 I think you could do is tweak the offset
pot on the amp just a bit to eliminate that .0001-2 offset.
