it might be easier to modify trivkins as your machine is still a
simple cartesian machine.

Assuming that the bed won't change shape, you could put a fixed lookup
table like my hex-boring code into a trivkins-based special kinematics
which simply adds an offset to Z based on the current value of X.
(trivkins is also a good file to look at to figure out the structure
of a basic kinematics module).

You can compile and install kins modules with comp, by the way.
