I would support a permanent ISO (plus MD5 or other) torrent.
I'm helping seed the ISO now, we have 10 seeders and 1 leecher.
I've seen it as bad as 4 seeders and 2 leechers, still good.
My bandwidth is very limited though, so I can't help much.
If a permanent torrent is started, I'll put it in the new docs.
